Antioch University
Please note: Due to a collaborative effort between Antioch University and Otterbein University, Fee Waivers for Antioch will be distributed in conjunction with Otterbein fee waiver applications.
- Antioch Fee Waivers are available for Autumn and Spring semesters. If any are available, they will be distributed for Summer semester, as well.
- One certificate is equivalent to one credit hour.
- An eligible employee may apply for two (2) certificates towards an Antioch course (School of Education courses only) per semester.
- The Fee Waivers will be issued in electronic form.
- It is your responsibility to register for your class.
- The number of Fee Waivers redeemed may not exceed the number of credit hours in which the holder is registered.
- Eligible employees utilizing Fee Waiver Certificate(s) during a term will be billed for any credits above those covered by the Certificate.
- Holders of Fee Waiver Certificates who drop all credit hours within the initial Antioch University Drop Deadline (usually the first three (3) days of the term), as appropriate, retain the right to use the Fee Waiver Certificate in another term if the Fee Waiver Certificate will still be valid; holders of Fee Waiver Certificates who drop all credit hours after the initial Drop Deadline forfeit any right to that Fee Waiver and the Fee Waiver is determined to be null and void.
- A Fee Waiver Certificate is applicable to tuition only and may not be applied to special fees, lab fees, technology fees, Capstone fees, textbooks, etc.
- Please inform Professional Learning and Licensure if you drop the intended class and will no longer use the assigned Fee Waiver.
- You may accumulate up to twelve (12) semester hours of graduate credit at the University before being required to be admitted to a specific program. Holding a Fee Waivers Certificate does not grant you the right to circumvent this requirement. The University is not obligated to admit employees to any program who would not otherwise meet eligibility requirements.
