    On the google link below are the google classroom codes to all classes at Independence High School.  Please review the links because some teachers may have created a google classroom to support our distant learning efforts.

  • Dear Parents and Students, 

     

    The class of 2020, 2021 and 2022 will be participating in AIR retakes December 3 through December 20, 2019.

    The AIR test replaced the OGT testing requirement. 

    Students must earn at least 18 points on seven end of course state tests.  These test include:

    Algebra I or Integrated Math I 

    Geometry or Integrated Math II

    English I

    English II

    Biology 

    American History 

    American Government 

    Each test score earns you up to 5 graduation points.  You must have a minimum of four points between the 2 math tests, four points between the 2 English tests and 6 points across science and social studies.  Four more points must come from somewhere over these tests for a total of 18 points.
