    Board of Education Meeting Information

    Regular business meetings of the Columbus Board of Education are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, generally at 5:30 p.m. As of summer 2021, the Board will also move its public meetings and work sessions from the current Central Education Center at 270 E. State Street to its south side administrative building located at 3700 S. High Street, Room 825. The new, more prominent location will allow for improved spacing for board members and increase capacity for community participants. Exact meeting dates and times can be found on the Public Meeting Notices page.

    Individuals interested in addressing the Board must first sign up by calling the Office of Customer Relations at 614.365.8888 by 5:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting. When board meetings are held virtually, individuals interested in addressing the Board of Education must sign up by calling the Office of Customer Relations at (614) 365-8888 or by emailing customerrelations@columbus.k12.oh.us by noon on the day of the board meeting.
