One Fee Waiver is equivalent to 4 credit hours. Tuition waiver certificates may be used at the rate of (1) certificate per individual per academic term (1-Fall; 1-Spring; 1 per module - Summer). The maximum number of fee waiver certificates an individual can use (lifetime limit) is 5 (five) certificates for applicable Capital University courses.
-
The District employees using the Fee Waivers must meet the University's admission requirements. There is no obligation on the part of the University to admit a District employee who would not otherwise meet admission requirements. In a question of eligibility, the Director of Admissions of the University shall make the decision.
-
Fee waiver certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash by district employees.
