Location: Northgate Intermediate PlaygroundJoin us for a sweet start to the school year! Come meet your teacher, visit your classroom, and enjoy a free ice cream treat. Families are welcome—bring your questions, your smiles, and your back-to-school excitement! Students will also get an opportunity to play on our Mini-Pitch Soccer Field.

Needing Help with Parent Portal
Student Data Specialist Support for Parents/Parent Portal
My name is Jessica Householder, I am a Student Data Specialist and the newest member of the Division of Student Information Systems team. One of my main responsibilities is to assist families with their portal accounts. This includes setting the account up, resetting passwords, navigating the portal and connecting parents and staff through the educational technology our district utilizes. As you are aware, we have a designated email for parents who need assistance with their portal. We also now have a designated phone number that comes directly to me.
That number is 380-997-7245. We encourage parents to use the parentportalaccess@columbus.k12.oh.us email for issues.

Bus Routing Information is in Your Parent Portal Starting August 18!
Transportation eligible families will receive their child's bus routing information in the Transportation tab located in Parent Portal. Students enrolled in the district by August 4, 2025, will receive their updated transportation information after August 18, 2025.
Bus route information for Woodcrest Elementary will be available starting July 23.
