    • One (1) Fee Waiver may be used for one (1) credit hour of an education course (graduate, undergraduate, or professional development).
    • An employee may use multiple fee waivers. However, the number of fee waivers redeemed by an employee may not exceed the number of credit hours in which the employee is registered.

    • An employee may not receive a refund or an overage check from redeeming a Fee Waiver. Fee waiver certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash by district employees.

    • A Fee Waiver may be used for tuition only; registration charges and special fees, if any, are to be paid by the employee making use of the certificates.

    • Fee Waivers must be used for courses that enhance the employee's credentials.

    • There is no obligation on the part of the university to admit students who would not otherwise meet admission requirements. In a question of eligibility, the Director of Admissions of the University shall make the decision.

    • The Fee Waiver to Ohio Dominican is a certificate that will be mailed to you through interoffice mail.

    • For the Autumn session, the certificate will be mailed to your home address.

    • It is your responsibility to register for your class and to submit your Fee Waiver to Ohio Dominican. An employee redeeming a Fee Waiver must present the Waiver to the ODU Business Office prior to the first class meeting.

    • You have 2 weeks to return your acknowledgment form, or you may forfeit your Fee Waiver.

    • Please email feewaivers@columbus.k12.oh.us if you do not plan to use the Fee Waiver and need to return it to the district. Then please return the Fee Waiver certificate to Professional Learning & Licensure, 889 E. 17th Avenue Columbus, OH, 43211.
