  • Employees seeking a program evaluation (including strategies and initiatives) or consultation for an existing Columbus City Schools program, strategy, or initiative are encouraged to complete the form linked below.     Services Offered by the Division of Research and Program Evaluation:

    • Survey Creation and Analysis asks a group of individuals questions to gather information about what most people feel about a topic.
    • Poll Creation and Analysis is a way to gather quick responses to a single question.
    • Training/ Event/ Professional Development Feedback Creation and Analysis provides presenters or facilitators insight into how their audience felt about the content presented. This can include next steps for follow up and areas where additional learning may be needed
    • Data Analysis to be used when you would like assistance gaining insights from your data and/or you need it combined with another dataset.
    • Program/ Strategy/ Initiative Evaluation to be used when you would like to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of a program.
    • Consultation to be used when you would like to discuss a research or evaluation project
    • Othermay include but not limited to literature reviews, support in developing logic models and theories of change, needs assessments, focus groups, and interviews.
