• Hall Pass Information

We wanted to inform you of an update to our hall pass procedures. In recent weeks, we have observed an increase in the number of students frequently requesting to leave class, often during instructional time. Many of these requests are coming from students who are struggling academically, have poor attendance, or are missing valuable class instruction.

To ensure that all students are maximizing their learning time, we are implementing limits on non-emergency hall passes, including restroom passes, during class. Teachers will monitor and document student requests, and students who demonstrate consistent patterns of leaving class may be required to have a conference with their teacher, counselor, or administrator.

We understand that restroom needs are important, and reasonable accommodations will continue to be made when necessary. Our goal is to support students in staying engaged, improving attendance, and achieving academic success.

We appreciate your partnership in reinforcing the importance of staying in class, remaining focused, and using instructional time productively.

Thank you for your continued support.
