Ohio Senate Bill 210, The Healthy Choices for Healthy Children Act, became law June 18, 2010.
Students will be assessed in meeting benchmarks contained in the Ohio Physical Education Academic Content Standards. All students in Grades 2, 5, 6 and PE II will be assessed. Students are assessed in 5 standards and 10 benchmarks with the following 3 ratings: Limited, Proficient, or Advanced.
